I had a frustrating experience with the unreliable Wi-Fi, which was a hassle for both work and relaxation. The streaming system for the TV was overly complicated, leading to unnecessary irritation while trying to watch my favorite shows. Additionally, the information provided about local transport was severely lacking. I almost missed my bus because of inadequate guidance.

Had a great time during my three-night stay while exploring the city's attractions. The superior double room was super clean and well-decorated, and I appreciated the effort in making arrangements for an extra bed on the couch after my request. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of choices, and I particularly enjoyed the flexible hours – it made mornings stress-free. Being so close to the Nidaros Cathedral and other sights was a huge plus, just a short walk away!

Highly recommend for those wanting a central location

The location was central with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Also, breakfast was great, a lot of choices and flexible hours! I had this amazing morning where the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, it was really nice! I didn't have to worry about parking thanks to a free lot just outside after 8 PM, which relieved a lot of stress after long days.

It was on the pricier side, though acceptable, you expect that in a good spot.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options from traditional English fare to fresh fruit and local specialties like smoked salmon. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large king-sized bed and ample storage for my luggage. Located conveniently near the city center, I could easily access cafes, shops, and historical sites, making it an ideal base for my stay.

The Standard Double Room was super comfy and spacious, which made unwinding easy. The views from the room were nice too! The room was clean and well-decorated, but it could really use an extra foot or so at the end of the bed. Also, found the placement of some electric points a bit awkward. But honestly, the bed was amazing! Loved the breakfast as well.
